As eligibility expands, Epicenter’s focus remains on sharing information that helps our communities access vaccines. That means we will prioritize the elderly, restaurant workers, taxi drivers, the disabled, our neighbors in high-risk areas, non-English speakers (especially Spanish, Bangla and Chinese), and others who might not be able to book themselves for appointments. If you have computer access and time, watch the videos below to learn how to book yourself for a vaccine.
Do you need help getting a vaccine appointment? Please fill out our intake form.
Need a letter for your employer to verify your eligibility? Check out our folder of documentation.
