Monthly rent prices are dependent on your income:
- Studios: $914- $2,397
- One-bedrooms: $974 – $1,504
- Two-bedrooms: $1,161 – $3,067
The apartments have in-unit washers and dryers, dishwashers, and high-end appliances. Amenities in the smoke-free building include a gym, yoga studio, media room, party room, co-working lounge, roof terrace, car and bike parking, and storage. Loden is a short walk away from the 2,3,4,5 and Shuttle trains at Franklin Avenue.
