A current Housing Connect lottery will give you the chance to live in a building with luxurious amenities at a lower rate than what it would typically rent for. The lottery for One Bell Slip in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, will fill four vacant units and add families to the waiting list. The empty units are two studios, a one-bedroom, and a two-bedroom.
The rents start at:
- Studios: $1,437
- One-bedrooms: $1,542
- Two bedrooms: $1,862
Located on the waterfront at 1 Bell Slip, the building offers sweeping views, high-end amenities, floor-to-ceiling windows and an in-unit washer and dryer. The high-tech building lets you enter with your smartphone. It has a gym, yoga studio, cycling studio, an indoor pool and a lounge. There is also a co-working space and rooms you can reserve with gourmet kitchen equipment.
