Last week, four different employees were arrested in New York City schools. A 49-year-old staffer grabbed a student by their collar and threw them against the wall after being hit in the face with a ball. When, moments later, the student threw up, the staffer threw the boy to the floor. Also, a 70-year-old special education teacher in the Bronx was accused of grabbing a 13-year-old’s breast on Thursday. Meanwhile, on the Upper West Side, a teacher was arrested for punching a 12-year-old boy in the chest. Another 12-year-old in the Bronx was allegedly struck in the rib cage.
