MoMA’s Indian Independent Film Series: Making Waves

We are offering complimentary tickets to several screenings from MoMA’s Making Waves: A New Generation of Indian Independent Filmmakers film series.
The films, which are from 2010 to the present, feature a wide range of work from across India in 10 languages with filmmakers including Achal Mishra, Pushpendra Singh, Amit Dutta, Payal Kapadia, Anamika Haksar, Arun Karthick, Rima Das and more.
We are offering Epicenter members tickets to the following screenings. Several include appearances from the filmmakers:
Thu, Sept. 15, at 6:30 p.m: The Village House (Gamak Ghar) by Achal Mishra
Fri, Sept. 16, at 7 p.m: Dhuin by Achal Mishra
Wed, Sept. 21, at 6:30 p.m: The Honour Keeper (Lajwanti) by Pushpendra Singh
Thu, Sept. 22, at 7 p.m: The Shepherdess and the Seven Songs (Laila aur satt geet) by Pushpendra Singh
Fri, Sept. 23, at 7 p.m: Nainsukh | Drawn From Dreams by Amit Dutta
