Citizens Bank Celebrates Grand Opening of New Flushing Branch with Mid-Autumn Festival

Citizens will celebrate the grand opening of its new Downtown Flushing branch with a community Mid-Autumn Festival, bringing together food, music and traditions that celebrate the Harvest Moon holiday.

Presented in partnership with Moonlite, the family-friendly afternoon will highlight the season’s themes of harvest, abundance and togetherness. The celebration is free and open to the public. It will feature Asian American-inspired cuisine, live music from Kung Flow, a multidisciplinary supergroup, a traditional sugar artist, games and giveaways. Awaken Lion NY, a Flushing-based group, will also perform a traditional lion dance.

Join Citizens Bank in front of Queens Crossing for the festival, and stop by to share mooncakes from Flushing’s own Mr. Tu Bakery.
