Join us and the Underground Railroad Consortium of New York State (URCNYS) for an enriching experience at the Weeksville Heritage Center in central Brooklyn. Dive into the profound history and vibrant culture of Weeksville, one of the largest free Black communities in pre-Civil War America.
This is a free event for Epicenter members, however, non-members can purchase tickets for $10

Joining her is Peter Bunten, representing the Mid-Hudson Antislavery History Project and serving as the Vice President of URCNYS.
