About the Artist:
Peter has been showing in nonprofit and alternative spaces in NYC for many years. Currently most of his work is in the form of small sculpture, which is made in a studio in Greenpoint.
Artist Statement:
I work for the most part with spray paint and acrylic airbrush on plastic. I use various methods to create textures and unexpected relations between layers of color. This piece is my translation of the sounds, musical and otherwise, of the city and its people, which I think defy categorization or illustration.
